Собаж. Их нет как в репе, так и в ночных сборках.

/uploads/files/
/uploads/dsn/

GIT не позволяет хранить пустые каталоги в репозиториях. Если есть мысли как обойти это ограничение - буду безумно благодарен.
В ночных сборках исправил.

Можно во все разместить index.html

Решил туда положить пустые .htaccess файлы, самый безобидный вариант.

Переписан запрос, чтобы не выдавал на mysql 5.7 ошибку:

Ошибка SQL (1055): Expression #1 of ORDER BY clause is not in GROUP BY clause and contains nonaggregated column 'ng_news.id' which is not functionally dependent on columns in GROUP BY clause; this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by
